This thread is going to be a continually updated, complete team-by-team listing of every hockey blog on the Internet. Bloggers will be listed by the team for which they blog the most about, and those who do not fit a particular category will go in the ‘general’ directory below.

This way, when news hits from a particular team — i.e. the Dallas Stars sign Jeff Halpern — you’ll know where to head for Stars blogs.

Jason has (quite unfortunately) stopped blogging but I suppose you can keep the Predator's Den on the list unless it is totally shut down. Also for the predators are:
* Predators Official Blog - Probably not the best blog but it counts.
* The Upper Bowl - Chris Utley's occasional (1-2/week) Predators game reports. There are some links to other blogs here as well.

You don't seriously consider Tom's blog a Canucks' blog do you? If it were, I wouldn't find many opportunities to comment (as a non-Canucks' fan), and yet I can put up some of the longest, most winded posts ever. Be fair. He covers more general hockey material than he does Canucks material.

At 2:50 p.m., March 26, 2006, Blogger James Mirtle said...

Snafu: I don't think I'm being unfair (why would I do that anyway?) here. I just imagined the purpose of this list to be to break the blogosphere up by team. Where that can't be done, I just dumped who was left at the end.

It's not really better or worse to be in any particular category, and probably the best thing to do with Tom would be to put him in both. (I'd say half his material is Canucks related.)

At 4:35 p.m., March 26, 2006, Blogger ScottyWazz said...

Many thanks for putting FOHS on there, Cap'n.

At 5:31 p.m., March 26, 2006, Anonymous snafu said...

I suppose the only reason it can make a difference is if someone were to use the list to look for specifically team dialogue vs. general conversation. You are right though, that Tom does do both. Don't read too much- if anything - into my "fairness" comment. I'm just ribbing you.
