Belak tells all

From the Toronto Star:
If you had to cook dinner, what would you cook?

I cook all the time — steak, cabbage. I'm really into sautéed cabbage now. It's really good.

What do you sauté it in?

Just olive oil in a frying pan. It's pretty boring, but I actually like it. I've had it a few times. I'm only allowed to have it a few times because, you know ... everyone knows what cabbage does to you. It makes you fart like crazy.
Some editors loathe the Q&A, but Paul Hunter does a nice job here and it's a pretty entertaining read. (And a nice choice by Belak to summer in the Okanagan, one of Canada's most beautiful spots.)
