Hockey royalty touches down in Kamloops

It's been a pretty hockey-free vacation, but I did get to spend a little time in the presence of hockey royalty yesterday, as Mark Recchi paraded the Stanley Cup briefly around downtown Kamloops.

There's also the annual ex-Blazers golf tourney going on here, which means quite a few of hockey's biggest names — including Bobby Orr — are in my little hometown for a few days.

More later (including pictures)

I knew you couldn't stop blogging for a whole week. Admit it. You're addicted.
But I did enjoy the piece about the Cup coming to Kamloops.
