It appears that this domain name was registered a couple years ago, by a "DOMAIN HOLDING CORPORATION". I won't put name & address info up here, those interested can easily obtain it. Here's some of the data from a WHOIS lookup:

My bet is that this is just a domain squatter...

I can't imagine anyone keeping the name 'Penguins' if they were to relocate. Someone will probably try to come up with a more marketable name.
