Crosby denied all-star party

Sidney Crosby remained in Dallas post-all-star game as the Penguins have a game in Big D against the Stars on Friday night. And during Wednesday's postgame celebrations, which took place at a local watering hole, Crosby found himself on the outside looking in after a few bar patrons informed the establishment he wasn't of legal age.
Tough break.
Thanks to Reality Check for the heads up.

Wow, that guy that sold him out is a tool. This is why enforcers need a place in the NHL. Semenko would have never let Gretzky get kicked out of a bar.
Crosby should have bought the bar on
the spot and turned it into a private club.
For him to go as far as ratting out Sidney, I tell you -- this Ovechkin/Crosby rivalry has gone too far...
Probably has enough coin to have the guy killed.
Am I the only one that's thinking the bar did the right thing in protecting their ABC license?
I mean, I feel bad for the kid being chucked from the party--but there are laws and there are rules and those laws and rules need to be followed even if it inconveniences the League's designated Golden Boy.
Yes, you're the only one thinking that way.
Killed is going to far. Maybe just rough him up a little bit.
Nightclubs let underaged celebrities in all the time.
In the US, Lindsay Lohan is a celeb. Paris Hilton is a celeb. Sidney Crosby is a hockey player. People will try to go to a bar that has allowed LL in underage; only hockey fans will try to go to one that's let in Crosby.
Sucks to be Sid, maybe he should have lobbied to have the ASG in Halifax, so he could drink at his home bar.
Maybe if Crosby didn't wear underwear they would have let him stay.
Rules are rules, but thank god they let him in another establishment in Big D. We had a great time!!!!

And if I owned a nightclub, I'd tell my bouncers to follow the law and not let those people in because I don't feel like risking my ABC license.
