The life of Joe

Joe Thornton has had some glamorous work on camera during the all-star break:

"Joe, as you stuff your mouth full of candy, you're looking up and down the hall for the maid," the director says. "So be really paranoid. And don't swallow the chocolate. Fill up your mouth and chew. I don't want to kill you. But just shovel them in."

Thornton obediently shovels. Take after take, he shovels. But he can't keep swallowing all that chocolate. Just out of camera range, a man stands with a plastic bag, into which Thornton keeps spitting mouthfuls of dark brown goo.

At least you can't say he's not committed to the cause.
