Well, that looks weird

Yea... Chelly with a red lid and a black jersey looking around like somebody cut the cheese.

That does look weird.

I think he was referring to Cheli AND Bert in the same uni, almost close enough to touch each other. During the 2002 playoffs, these two made each other's lives hell.

However some of the Wings guys are taking Bert and Calder out to dinner tonight so they wouldn't be stuck all alone in their hotel somewhere in downtown Detroit. Chelios apparently was one of the organizers of the event. The hot rumor in Detroit is that Bert and Chelios will be roommates on the road. ;)

It becomes easier to hate the Red Wings. First Hasek. Now Bertuzzi. Team D***head.

*deep sigh*

Once again, my satire has proven ineffective on Canadians. (assuming that anonymous is a Canadian reader)

Just to clarify, I knew that Mirtle was refering to the way Bertuzzi looked. I on the other hand tried to be funny and point out something other than the obvious.

I don't understand this need some fans have to "hate" a team. So maybe you dislike a Probert, Chelios, or Hatcher, even Dom (?). Does that mean you ignore the Lidstroms, Yzermans, Fedorovs, Datsyuks and Zetterbergs - amongst others - that really make the difference? And with the Original 6 teams, where do you draw the line? How many incarnations are there, yet you find none of them acceptable?
