Am I the only one who things the old calgary jersey with yellow instead of black looks much better? That black logo just doesn't work for me.
I think Atlanta's got a great jersey too. Is that an asymmetric thing on the left shoulder? It works pretty well
I love Washington's new jersey!!
What's with Dallas' home jersey? You can't get more bland than that.
Dallas home jersey looks like a baseball uniform, I like it. Also really like ANA, TBAY and SJS uniforms.
EDM and WASH uniforms also look good to me, and would like to thank the Canucks for helping us all remember how to spell Vancouver.
Why on planet earth they ever changed the first uniform is beyond me. Bet they'd have two Stanley's by now but they have to keep picking at stuff in VCR.
The Canuck uniform changes are a perfect match for their history. Little patience, no real plan, just happy to be here.
Lordy.
Euch... they're almost all ugly except the original 6 and the few teams that tried to contain themselves -- Ottawa, Pittsburgh. I agree, the Caps jersey is alright.
The discount piping store must have had a HUGE sale!
The Dallas home jersey looks like Boston University's jersey.
Go Terriers!

Did some teams not get the memo about No Horizontal Bars or did they just ignore it?
And why did a half-dozen teams add that brutal vertical piping?
It's like Karl Lagerfeldt gave the NHL a template to start with but by the time all the jerseys were finalized each team had focus-grouped many of the essential elements out (or back in).
It's indicative of the NHL as a total dog & pony show.
I hate most of the uniforms.
Bettman is ruining all of the game's best traditions. Among them - cool, unique jerseys.
And you're absolutely right, Anonymous - a template had to be circulated. How else do you explain the peculiar location of so many of the armband stripes? Like the Leafs, for instance. They're all on the elbow/forearm now, and multiple jerseys have this look.
Just like many have the horizontal ones, and many have piping. Who the hell wants piping? It sucks! Yet so many teams "picked" this look.
There was a "suggestion" made for jersey designs...and that's just the way it is.
I am very disappointed. And confused. The Buffalo retro uniform was wildly popular last year, and it's toast. Ditto the Vancouver hockey stick one. Gone.
I hate what is happening to the NHL. All the changes for a while now have been for the bad.
