The FanHouse previews

Me and my FanHouse friends have taken time out of posting YouTube videos for money to put together a whale of a season preview, counting down the 30 NHL teams in 30 days en route to entertaining hockey fans everywhere.

Or at least the three-eyed commenters we seem to attract there. ("Why do you no love us Jahmiz?")

I'm on Central Division duty this season, given I live closest to Detroit (I guess?) out of our motley crew, and the good ol' Chicago Blackhawks were first — alphabetically anyway. (Don't fret, I get the diaper jokes out of the way early.)

Here's what we've come up with so far:
Aug. 30: Anaheim (McErlain)
Aug. 31: Atlanta (J.P.)
Sept. 1: Boston (Luongo)
Sept. 2: Buffalo (Luongo)
Sept. 3: Calgary (Golbez)
Sept. 4: Carolina (J.P.)
Sept 5: Chicago (Mirtle)
Sept 6: Colorado (Golbez)

My next turn comes on Friday, when we delve into the deep mystery that is the Columbus Blue Jackets and try to come up with something witty to say about Scott Howson's resemblance to Sam the Eagle.

What can I say: We'll put THN's separated at birth out of business. 'Cept mine will be called 'Muppet Match-up' and it'll be hosted by Louie Anderson.
