McKee hurt ... again

St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today that defenseman Jay McKee will be sidelined the next 4-to-6 weeks due to a fractured metatarsal in his right foot. McKee suffered the injury in last night’s game at Minnesota.

The Blues really need to have a healthier campaign than they did last season, and that includes McKee, who missed all but 23 games last season with a slew of injuries (knee, broken hand, hip injury).

He's had just one season with more than 59 games played since 2001-02.
