Penguins offer preseason game online

Pittsburgh Penguins fans will be able to watch streaming video of Saturday’s preseason game vs. Detroit on www.pittsburghpenguins.com. The video is available free of charge.

Broadcasters Paul Steigerwald and Bob Errey will be calling the action from the game, which starts at 7:30 p.m. at Mellon Arena.

You can watch the Leafs preseason games online too. Officially they're offered by Leafs TV, but I'm out of market and it worked for me last night.

You can see bunches of preseason games on the NHL Centre Ice Online beta too. It's buggy though.

Try yourteamname.nhl.tv and see if they are showing pre-season games. As Karina mentioned, the Leafs are doing it. And it's free.

Slowly but the NHL is catching on. Too bad nhl.tv wasn't buggy as heck. I could tell them how to fix about half a dozen bugs right now and it's killing me that they're still there.
