Crosby's struggles

For a couple reasons, Crosby's slump is not a drag on the team — the biggest being that the Penguins carry a three-game winning streak into tonight's game and have won four of their past five.
Come again?

Ah, okay. That's what I thought.

Crosby is 19th in NHL scoring, both in points and points per game. He's 10th overall in assists per game, and his team hasn't even been playing all that well.

There's no slump.

come on james, you should know by now. if sidney isn't getting at least 2 points a game, he's in a slump.

i bet there are lots of fans who consider this a slump as well.

Nah, it a slump, and you know what?

Crosby might be a bit frustrated, but he knows that his points will generate, but it more important that his team is doing well. He has shown some great signs of leadership has the Captain, and that has gained me more respect for this young superstar.
