The Luongo TV giveaway
Roberto Luongo's father-in-law Umberto Cerbone wasn't a big fan of the flat-screen TV giveaway the Florida Panthers put on Friday night:
Luongo's pregnant wife, Gina, Cerbone's daughter, will be among those in attendance.Sounds like an interesting family dynamic they've got there.
"Gina, she can't walk and has to be in wheelchair right now, so we rented a suite," said Cerbone, who doesn't want to hear any catcalls from the Panther crowd. "If anybody says anything about Roberto I'll bite their ears off," he said. "Whoever talks bad about my son-in-law, I'll break their head."
The Panthers ended up winning this one 4-3 in a shootout, so that's, what, a flat screen for every fan in attendance?

This made me giggle. Like you said, interesting dynamic
Oh god... suck it up, princess. The Academy Award winning actor engineered his way out of Florida by being a selfish prick. This was a fun, harmless and clever, way to reward the fans while poking fun at Luongo. Its called being a public figure, and Luongo is making some mighty fine coin to put up with it.
Umberto will now break your head.
Roberto better never consider a divorce. :)
