Ovechkin breaks 100

Alex Ovechkin had a goal and two assists tonight against Nashville, giving him 102 points on the season and making the Capitals star the first player over the century mark so far in 2007-08.

It's likely we'll see only he and Evgeni Malkin hit that mark this season.

"Ovechking breaks 100" is Ovechking a new nickname or is this just a typo of Ovechkin? :)

Freudian slip, perhaps.

First cap to ever do it twice. It only took him 3 years.

He also has 300 points.
