Design Sanford's mask
The entries roll in

With only three days left in the Design Sanford's Mask contest, we've finally got some entries — and they're all from Ducks blogger Earl Sleek at The Battle of California.

Kudos to Earl for these works of art:
Submission #1:
Playing Behind Luongo

Why not show off the reason why this helmet won't get any airtime?

Submission #2:
Learn Your Goalie History

The final version of this will feature a chalkboard so the save-differential can be updated.

Submission #3:
Sanford's Labyrinth

Can you navigate your way to this guy's five-hole?

Submission #4:
The Helmet About Nothing

A double-headed pun here: Sanfeld? Seinford?

Submission #5:
Things Could Be Worse

Ah, a hockey photoshop classic.

Submission #6:
The Crawford Hair Helmet

This is just a prototype. The actual version would involve real hair.
Earl somehow manages to make the Sedins and Crawford's hair more frightening subjects than they already are.

Barring some late entries, it may be only these submissions going to a vote next week.

UPDATE Some of the official submissions are on display at the Canucks' website.

Thanks, James. I should note that I have zero intention of entering the actual contest, so if anyone wants to send 'em forward, they're all yours.
