Adding to the blogroll

I'm not very diligent when it comes to adding to my links list, but there are a couple of team-specific blogs that I've been reading rather regularly.

Covered in Oil is an entertaining new blog that benefits from having three different contributers all talking about a very focussed subject: The Oilers. Blogs are always the most effective when they stay on a particular subject and generate discussion — and with three voices going at it, it'd be hard to not have the feeling of a discussion going on.

Around here, you've got to listen to silly ol' me talk about whatever random thing I'm thinking about. Focus: not a strong point.

The second blog that deserves being added is the Canucks Hockey Blog, which relies only on the solo (but mass-posting) voice of host J.J. The blog's origin story is being written into lore over at Behind the Blog.

OK, those are the additions. I'm sure there are blogs I'm reading that I'm forgetting to add, but I'll say this: Keep posting great content, and I'll add you eventually. I'm thinking of capping my links list at 20 — including only the Top 20 hockey blogs, ones I'll read every day.

With these two new additions, I believe I'm only at 15, so I'll be keeping my eye on what the rest of you are up to.

UPDATION I'm going to add Sabre Rattling because I've been meaning to, yet I keep forgetting about Mr. Luongo's great Buffalo Sabres blog.

That draft — all about the goalies. And with Kiprusoff, Auld and Legace, I think I'm pretty well set.

You guys can, of course, try and catch me.
