Moore files another lawsuit against Bertuzzi

This one's in Vancouver:
The lawsuit seeks general, special and punitive damages. Moore's parents, Jack and Anna, also are named in the lawsuit. They were watching the game on TV in their home in Thornhill, Ontario, and are asking for damages for shock and distress.

The Vancouver Canucks and parent company Orca Bay also were named defendants.

Moore contends he sustained serious physical and psychological injuries and continues to suffer from the injuries. He has filed a similar suit in Ontario.
The real question Canucks fans want answered, however, is what does this do for Todd Bertuzzi's trade value?

I can just hear the Buffalo announcers now as Bertuzzi takes the ice for his first game with the Sabres:

"It's been a trying year for this young man what with the lawsuits, the notoriety, his performance in the Olympics and Canada's refusal to forgive him...number 44, Todd Bertuzzi!"
