wow, its truly a thing of beauty (despite the Oilers logo), wish I had that here in Chicago, but this year it would already be a pond :(
Oiiileeeersssss.
Edmonton: World's biggest mall and a lot of nutballs that like hockey.
That's amazing. Found my way here through OnFrozenBlog and it's totally worth it. Great work.
Awesome. The mini zamboni (with Oilers logo), lights for night action, the painted circles, lines and logo on the ice...amazing...but maybe the coolest thing is that it goes across two yards, right through a fence. That's some serious neighbourly cooperation.
And of course there would be someone wearing a #94 jersey -- how could the Oilers not re-sign Smyth?
Sorry Mike W, West Ed doesn't cut it anymore

Great backyard rink. Hockey is the culture of E-town.
Do somebody know the location of this backyard rink? Maybe they can share their experience with us!
Di they have a website?
That's the best I've seen for a long time... Great work.
Thought you all might like our rink and website.

I have never been to this site before so if you have any comments or questions email me via the address on the site. I update about once a week right now if not more so keep checking.
By far the best thing I have ever done with my family.
Hello my name is Giles Booth
let me start off by saying.. only one comment and that is..
Dude, wow, that looks so cool!. How long did it take you to build?
I live in England, where the gardens a pretty small. but i wish i had neighbours that would have as much enthusiasm as you so I could get one in my back yard.
"yep, dream on Giles"
I am currently learning to play ice Hockey and am making the transfer from Roller to ice. so i need all the practice i can get if you know what i mean.
I follow a local ice hockey team, which is called the Sheffield Steelers, which play in a league called the elite ice hockey league, and as they are top of the local table, I would have there logo on the ice pad that i would have.
I play for a recreational Ice Hockey club called the Coventry Chaos (Ice) and a roller hockey club called the team Nemesis. I scored 13 goals and 3 assists last season fo the Nemesis, just need to match that on ice so a home pad would be great. bet it cost a bit to build though, (haa haa)
anyway.. dude you should be proud to have your own rink, I for one wish i could have one. aahhhh good times ey?
yours sincearly..
Giles Booth ( from England)
PS: if you want to follow the Elite league the website is..
www.eliteleague.co.uk
see how manay AHL stars you can find in our local teams, you might be supprised..
I have your site on my favorits so speak to you soon...
Giles.
GO RANGERS
